Step 2: build your AI content system and make the first batch.

Build turns the plan into a working system. I set up your brand voice, templates and workflows in the tools we chose, then run the first batch of content through it so you can see real results before anything is routine.

Step 2 · Set it up

What you're buying

I set up the content system from your plan inside your own tools: your brand voice, templates and workflows. Then I make the first batch of finished content with it, so you see it working before you decide what's next.

  1. Start from the plan

We begin from your Strategy plan, or agree one quickly if you already know what you need.

  2. Set up your tools

I capture your brand voice and build the templates and workflows in the tools you use.

  3. Make the first batch

I produce the first round of finished content through the system. You approve every piece.

  4. Hand it over

You get written guides so your team can run it. Team training is available as an add-on, or I can run it for you.

Sound familiar?

The problems Build is built to solve.

  • Every video and post starts from scratch.
  • AI drafts don't sound like you, so someone rewrites them all.
  • One person holds the whole process in their head.

What's included

Everything you walk away with from Build.

  • Your brand voice captured, so AI drafts sound like your business.
  • Templates for titles, captions, clips, articles and emails.
  • Workflows set up in your tools, with an approval step built in.
  • Your first batch of finished content, edited by me and approved by you.
  • Plain-English guides so your team can run it.
  • Optional: hands-on team training, if your staff will run the system themselves.

See an example.

Build sets up how your recordings get edited. Step through a sample: the raw footage, the cuts the system marks, and the finished piece a person approves.

4 sec silence Um... The first thing to, you know, bring to your first appointment is, uh, your ID and any paperwork you have. 3 sec silence Also, write down your questions, um, before you come in, so, so we can get to all of them.

From raw footage to posted, in one workspace.

Claude works directly inside Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Blender and Unreal Engine, and publishes straight to your channels, with one approval step before anything goes live.

  1. BriefClaude

You tell me what you need. Claude reads the transcript and scene breakdown of your footage and lays out the plan: the main video, the short clips and the posts.

  2. EditPremiere Pro

Claude works inside Premiere Pro: it pulls the best takes, trims dead air and adds captions. I check every cut.

  3. ClipCapCut

Short vertical clips with captions and effects, sized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and TikTok.

  4. StyleAfter Effects

Titles, lower thirds and motion graphics in your brand colors and fonts, built in After Effects.

  5. BuildBlender

When a video calls for it: 3D visuals, animated logos, or a model that shows a product or process from every angle.

  6. SceneUnreal Engine

When a video needs a place you can't film: virtual sets and cinematic 3D environments, built and rendered in Unreal Engine.

  7. WriteClaude

Titles, descriptions, chapters and post copy, written from the finished video.

  8. ApproveYou and me

Nothing goes out until a person signs off. You see the finished video and copy before it's published.

  9. PublishYour channels

Claude uploads straight to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and schedules through HubSpot. No downloading, re-uploading or logging in to each platform.

Add-on: train your team to run it.

A hands-on workshop on tasks from your team's own jobs, with clear rules for what's safe to put into AI tools. Try a sample exercise.

Would you paste this into an AI tool?

  • Your public office hours and address

This is already public, so it's fine.

  • A customer's name and account details

Customer information stays out unless you've approved the tool for it.

  • A rough blog draft on a general topic

Fine with no private details in it. A person still checks the result.

  • A staff member's performance review

This is personal and confidential, so it stays out.

  • A screenshot of your scheduling system

Screens like this often show customer names and appointments.

Your own rules get written with your team, around the tools you've approved.

Who it's for

Build is a good fit if this sounds like you.

  • Businesses that want to own their content system
  • Teams with footage, webinars or expertise that never gets edited
  • Marketing teams that want AI in a shared, repeatable process

Questions owners ask

Do I need new equipment?

Usually not. Most teams can start with what they already record on: phones, a livestream setup or Zoom recordings. If one purchase would make a real difference, I'll tell you what it is and why.

Is the content written by AI?

AI handles the slow, repetitive parts: trimming silences, transcribing, and drafting captions and descriptions. I edit everything, and your team approves anything that speaks for you before it's published.

What does "connected directly" mean?

Claude can work inside Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Blender and Unreal Engine the way an editor would: building sequences, adding captions, setting up titles and exporting files. It can also upload straight to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and schedule through HubSpot. The technical name for these connections is MCP. For you, it means the whole job happens in one place, with me checking the work and you approving it.

Can you train my team to run it?

Yes. Training is an add-on to Build: a hands-on workshop on your own tasks, with clear rules for what's safe to put into AI tools.

Who owns the content and the accounts?

You do. Everything is published to your accounts, and you keep every file, template and guide.

How do you handle patient, member or client privacy?

I don't put sensitive patient data, or any other sensitive personal information, into tools that aren't approved for it. Before we start, we agree in writing which tools are allowed and what stays out of them.

What should we make first?

Send me what you post now. I'll show you what I'd make instead.
