How the work runs
Where do we start?
With a free 30-minute content teardown. I look at your marketing and show you where an AI content system would help, whether or not you hire me afterward.
What are the three steps?
Strategy plans the system: what to make, which channels, which tools and who approves what. Build sets it up and makes the first batch. Run is me operating the system every month, editing every piece before it goes out. You can stop after any step.
Do I need to be technical?
No. I handle the setup and explain everything in plain language. Your team only needs to know how to use the result.
Do I approve everything before it goes out?
Yes. Nothing is published until you've seen it and said yes.
Who owns the videos and the accounts?
You do. Everything is published to your accounts, and you keep every file.
Do you work outside Nashville?
Yes. I'm based in Nashville and focus on Middle Tennessee, and most of the work happens over video for teams anywhere.
Cost
What does it cost?
The teardown is free. Strategy, Build and Run each have a fixed price, listed on the pricing page. Team training and other add-ons are quoted after a teardown.
Why does Strategy cost money if the teardown is free?
The teardown is a 30-minute look at your marketing with ideas you can use right away. Strategy is the full plan for your system: content, channels, tools and approvals, written down for you to keep.
Is there a long-term contract for Run?
Run starts with 3 months, then goes month to month. You can stop any time after that with 30 days' notice. Everything made stays yours.
Does the Strategy fee count toward Build?
Yes. If you start Build within 30 days of your plan, the Strategy fee comes off the Build price.
Do I pay for AI tools on top?
My editing and AI tools are included. Accounts that belong to your business, like your email platform or scheduler, stay in your name and on your bill.
Timelines
How long does a project take?
Strategy takes about 2 weeks: a working session in week one and the written plan in week two. Build takes about 4 weeks: setup in the first two, the first batch and changes in the last two. Run is ongoing, with new pieces every month.
How soon can we start?
Book a teardown and we'll work it out on the call. I take on a small number of monthly clients at a time, so a spot may not be open right away.
AI, ethics and disclosure
Is the content written by AI?
AI handles the slow, repetitive parts: trimming silences, transcribing, and drafting captions and descriptions. I edit everything, and your team approves anything that speaks for you before it's published.
Will you tell people that AI was used?
If AI generates something a viewer could mistake for real footage or a real person, it gets disclosed. We agree on your disclosure approach before anything is published.
How do you handle patient, member or client privacy?
I don't put sensitive patient data, or other sensitive personal information, into tools that aren't approved for it. For healthcare clients, we agree on the approved tools in writing before any work starts. I don't claim any certification I don't hold.
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not the goal. The point is to take repetitive work off their plate so they can spend more time on the parts only people can do.
