Step 3: I run the system every month. You approve what goes out.

Run is the system working for you. Each month I produce your content through it, edit every piece myself, and send it to you for approval before it's published. Then I report on what's working and refine the system.

Step 3 · Monthly

What you're buying

I run your content system every month. You send what you record, I edit it into finished pieces, you approve them, and they're published on your own accounts. Each month you get a short report on what's working.

  1. You record or send material

A webinar, a Q&A, phone footage or a few questions customers ask. Whatever you already have.

  2. I edit and draft

AI handles the slow parts. I edit every cut and rewrite every draft until it sounds like you.

  3. You approve

Nothing is published until you, or whoever reviews for you, says yes.

  4. It goes out, and I report

Pieces are posted on your accounts. Each month I report on what worked and adjust the plan.

Sound familiar?

The problems Run is built to solve.

  • You built something once, and it stopped when things got busy.
  • Nobody on your team has time to edit, post and track results.
  • You want marketing that goes out every week without hiring for it.

What's included

Everything you walk away with from Run.

  • Long videos edited, with silences and filler words cut.
  • Short vertical clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Articles and clear answers written from what you record, so Google and AI search tools can find and quote you.
  • Emails to your list with the best of each month.
  • Every piece edited by me and approved by you before it's published.
  • Scheduling across your channels, and a monthly report on what worked and what changes next.

See an example.

Run includes answers written for AI search. Here is one page before and after, from the point of view of an AI tool a customer asks.

Sample page

A customer asks an AI tool: “Do you offer free estimates?”

yourbusiness.com/estimates

We are committed to providing world-class service to every customer. Contact our friendly team to learn more.

What the tool can use: nothing. The page never answers the question.

yourbusiness.com/estimates

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Book a time online or call us, and you'll get a written estimate before any work starts. There's no cost for the visit.

What the tool can use: one clear sentence it can read and quote, with your page as the source.

Search tools decide what they show. Clear answers give them something to use.

See real work.

Who it's for

Run is a good fit if this sounds like you.

  • Owners who want marketing off their plate
  • Businesses customers research before they call
  • Teams that need consistent video without an in-house editor

I take on a small number of monthly clients at a time.

If my schedule is full, join the list and I'll email you when a spot opens. You can still book a teardown any time.

Questions owners ask

What is GEO?

Generative engine optimization means shaping your content so tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity can understand it and cite it. It builds on normal SEO: clear answers, real expertise and pages search engines can read. In Run, it's part of what the system makes every month.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. I can make your content clear, accurate and easy to read. Search engines and AI tools decide what they show.

Do you film in Nashville?

Yes. I'm based in Nashville and can film on site in Middle Tennessee. Much of the work uses footage you already have, so it can also happen remotely.

Is there a long-term contract?

The scope and terms are agreed in writing before you start, so you know what you're getting each month and how to stop.

Who owns the content and the accounts?

You do. Everything is published to your accounts, and you keep every file, template and guide.

How do you handle patient, member or client privacy?

I don't put sensitive patient data, or any other sensitive personal information, into tools that aren't approved for it. Before we start, we agree in writing which tools are allowed and what stays out of them.

What should we make first?

Send me what you post now. I'll show you what I'd make instead.
