AI for your business · Automation

Let the busywork run itself.

I connect the apps you already use, with n8n, Zapier or Make, so the repetitive steps between them happen on their own. Leads get logged and answered, reports get built, files land where they belong. Anything that reaches a customer still waits for a person's yes.

What I can do for you

Common starting points. Your teardown decides which ones matter for your business.

Lead capture and follow-up

New form fills, calls and messages go into your CRM, get a first reply drafted, and land on the right person's list.

Appointment reminders

Confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-ups sent from your calendar or booking tool.

Content handoffs

A finished recording kicks off transcription, clip drafts and a review task, without anyone moving files by hand.

Reports that build themselves

Numbers from your ads, site and CRM pulled into one weekly summary in your inbox.

Review requests

After a job or visit, a review request goes out at the right time, and new reviews are flagged for a reply.

Internal admin

Invoices filed, new clients set up across tools, and the same data no longer typed into three places.

How it works

  1. Find the repeats

We list the tasks your team does over and over and pick the ones worth automating first.

  2. Design the flow

I sketch each automation step by step, including where a person approves.

  3. Build and test

I build it in your accounts and run it on real examples until it behaves.

  4. Hand over

You get the guide, a walkthrough, and thirty days of fixes.

What's included

Everything you walk away with.

  • A short audit of the tasks your team repeats every week, ranked by time and risk.
  • Automations built in n8n, Zapier or Make, chosen for your tools and budget.
  • A person-approval step on anything a customer will see.
  • Testing with real examples before anything runs on its own.
  • A plain-English guide to each automation: what starts it, what it does, and how to pause it.
  • Thirty days of fixes after launch.

Demo coming soon

The AI automation demo is on the way.

I'm recording a short film that shows this service working, step by step. Until then, watch how the content system works, or book a teardown and I'll show you live.

Who it's for

A good fit if this sounds like you.

  • Owners doing admin at night
  • Teams copying the same data between apps
  • Businesses losing leads because nobody followed up in time

Questions owners ask

Which tool do you use: n8n, Zapier or Make?

Whichever fits your apps, your budget and how much control you want. Zapier is the simplest, Make handles more complex flows, and n8n can run on your own server when data needs to stay in-house.

Will AI send things to my customers on its own?

Not unless you decide it should. By default, anything a customer will see waits for a person to approve it.

Who owns the automations?

You do. They're built in your accounts, and the guide explains how to change or switch off each one.

What does it cost?

It depends on how many automations and apps are involved, so it's quoted after a free teardown. Tool subscriptions stay on your own accounts.

What should we make first?

Send me what you post now. I'll show you what I'd make instead.
