This site is run by Henry Samalin Consulting in Nashville, TN. Here's what it collects and why.

Forms

When you send a form, I receive what you typed: usually your name, email, company and a short note. Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. I use them only to reply to you and never sell or share them.

Content Scorecard

The Content Scorecard runs on Base44. Your answers stay on your screen unless you choose to save your score. If you do, your email, business name, answers and score are stored by Base44, and I use them only to reply to you.

Free guide

When you ask for the guide, I receive your name and email through the same Netlify form. I use them to send you the guide and related follow-up, and you can ask me to delete them at any time.

Scheduling

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and only loads when you press "Show available times." Calendly sets its own cookies and handles your booking under its own privacy policy.

Videos

Videos load from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages lead to bookings and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes that data under Google's privacy policy. I don't run advertising trackers.
