Run
$2,000/mo
Monthly, 3-month start
I run the system and edit every piece before it goes out, then report on what's working. For owners who want it off their plate.
- From up to 2 recordings a month:
- 2 edited videos with captions and chapters
- 8 short clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok
- 2 articles and 4 AI-search answers
- 1 email to your list
- Scheduling, publishing and a monthly report
The fine print, in plain English
- Order: most people go Strategy, then Build, then Run. If you already have a plan, you can start at Build. Run needs a system in place, from Build or one you already have.
- Strategy credit: the $650 counts toward Build if you start Build within 30 days.
- Run terms: a 3-month start, then month to month. Stop any time after that with 30 days' notice.
- Payment: Strategy and Build are paid half up front and half on delivery. Run is billed at the start of each month.
- Tools: my editing and AI tools are included. Your own accounts, such as your email platform, scheduler or website, stay in your name and on your bill.
- Unused volume: if you record less one month, unused pieces don't roll over, but we can move them to the next month if you tell me in advance.
AI workflow consulting and agentic AI projects are quoted after a teardown, because they depend on how many people and processes are involved.
Pricing questions
What does it cost?
The teardown is free. Strategy, Build and Run each have a fixed price, listed on the pricing page. Team training and other add-ons are quoted after a teardown.
Why does Strategy cost money if the teardown is free?
The teardown is a 30-minute look at your marketing with ideas you can use right away. Strategy is the full plan for your system: content, channels, tools and approvals, written down for you to keep.
Is there a long-term contract for Run?
Run starts with 3 months, then goes month to month. You can stop any time after that with 30 days' notice. Everything made stays yours.
Does the Strategy fee count toward Build?
Yes. If you start Build within 30 days of your plan, the Strategy fee comes off the Build price.
Do I pay for AI tools on top?
My editing and AI tools are included. Accounts that belong to your business, like your email platform or scheduler, stay in your name and on your bill.
