Most agencies won't put a price on their website. I do, because "it depends" isn't an answer an owner can plan around. The fixed prices are on the pricing page. This article explains what you get at each step, so you can tell whether it's worth it.
First, what you're paying for
An AI content system turns what you already record (a talk, an interview, a walkthrough on your phone) into finished content: edited videos, short clips, articles, emails and answers that AI search tools can find. AI does the heavy lifting. A person edits and approves every piece before it goes out.
You're not paying for software. You're paying to have the system planned, set up in your tools, and either handed to your team or run for you.
Free: a 30-minute teardown
I look at what you post now and show you where a system would help. You leave with ideas you can use whether or not we work together.
Step 1, Strategy: about 2 weeks
A 90-minute working session on your business, then a written plan: what to make for each channel and how often, which AI tools handle each job and what they cost, and who approves what. We walk through it together in a 45-minute call.
If you start Build within 30 days, what you paid for Strategy counts toward it.
Step 2, Build: about 4 weeks
I set the system up in your tools: your brand voice in a written guide, templates and workflows, and written guides so your team can run it. You also get a first finished batch from one recording: 1 edited video, 4 short clips, 1 article and 1 email, with two rounds of changes.
Team training is an add-on: a half-day workshop for up to 10 people.
Step 3, Run: monthly
I run the system for you. From up to 2 recordings a month, you get 2 edited videos with captions and chapters, 8 short clips, 2 articles, 4 AI-search answers and 1 email to your list, plus scheduling, publishing and a monthly report.
Run starts with 3 months, then goes month to month with 30 days' notice.
What isn't included
My editing and AI tools are included. Your own accounts, such as your email platform, scheduler or website, stay in your name and on your bill. That way you own everything if we ever stop working together.
How to compare it
The usual alternatives are hiring someone (a salary, benefits and their own tool subscriptions) or an agency retainer that often isn't published. A system costs a fixed, known amount, and the Build step leaves you with something your team can keep running.
Strategy and Build are paid half up front and half on delivery. Run is billed at the start of each month. Every price and term is on the pricing page.
