How Deuk Spine Institute cut video production time by 67%.
A spine surgery practice in Melbourne, Florida, led by Dr. Ara Deukmedjian. From April 2022 to April 2026 I was its only video producer: patient testimonials, education, weekly livestreamed procedures and everything in between.
6 hours to 2
Production time per video, with the same person approving every cut.
One producer, a lot of footage, and a slow manual process.
The practice recorded far more than it could publish. Every video went through the same slow steps by hand, so videos waited in a backlog.
- Silences and filler words were cut by hand, one pause at a time.
- Captions were added manually or skipped. Short clips for social rarely happened.
- Titles, descriptions and tags were written from scratch, so search results were hit or miss.
- Videos went up one platform at a time, with nothing scheduled.
A seven-step pipeline, with a person in charge of every creative call.
Each tool handled one bottleneck. The edit, the story and the final say stayed human.
EditAdobe Premiere Pro
The main edit: best takes, pacing, color and clean audio. This is where the story gets shaped, by a person.
TrimFireCut
Runs inside Premiere and cuts dead air, filler words and awkward pauses. I review every cut before it stays.
Caption & clipCapCut
Branded captions, plus short vertical clips sized for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
VoiceElevenLabs
Voiceover for educational overlays and intros from an approved script. No studio booking, quick revisions.
TranscribeTurboScribe
Transcribes the finished cut, so the transcript matches exactly what's published.
WriteClaude
Drafts titles, descriptions, tags and a thumbnail brief from the transcript. A person approves every word.
PublishHubSpot
Schedules and posts to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X from one dashboard.
The same work, in a third of the time.
- 67% less production time: from 6 hours to 2 hours per video.
- 400+ edited videos published for the practice.
- 1,200+ livestreams produced between April 2022 and April 2026.
- YouTube grew from 1,200 to 18,500 subscribers (+1,442%) with no paid promotion.
- 2.4M+ YouTube views over four years.
- Nothing lost at handoff. When I moved on, I left a full knowledge-transfer package: SOPs, voiceover scripts, the testimonial room workflow and the livestream setup.
Today, the same job runs from one workspace.
The seven-app pipeline produced the results above. Now Claude works directly inside Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Blender and Unreal Engine, and uploads straight to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Footage no longer gets exported and re-imported at every step. Same human checkpoints, far fewer hand-offs.
